Eighteen cars of different makes and models are parked next to the curb in front of the Museo Nacional de Artes Visuales following a strict chromatic scale. Painters’ traditional need to sort colors is outdone by the elements of this artwork that organize themselves as if they were automatons. A picture “painting” itself, a supernatural order imposes itself on the chaos and the casuistry of the urban landscape.
